Sticky/melting buttons; like the actual texture is sticky

So I searched the forums and all topics regarding sticky buttons are talking about that they dont jump back instantly. I’ve got a different issue: My buttons are actually sticky. Tried cleaning them with a bit of alcohol, but the problem remains. Only the bottom row is affected. Is there a magic solution?
