Stereo A/B switch with stereo lines input & output?

Basically everything is in the title … I’m trying to find a stereo A/B switch, but that would have stereo inputs & outputs through stereo plugs (opposed to one L one R).

Big picture is a pretend “cue” module taht would be plugged on headphones out on two synths.

Any ideas ? can’t seem to find one out there

Cheers!

You might check out Saturnworks if you can’t find anything. He makes a ton of custom utility pedals and switches and might do custom work too.

It’s 3.5mm but… SES-TRRS-AB Passive A/B TRRS Switch | Sescom

KMA and JHS both sell inexpensive stereo ABY pedals - the KMA looks to be dual TRS in/out and the JHS 1/4” TRRS.

Also interested in such a thing. There’s stuff like that for home stereo devices with cinch that only cost around 40€, so I’m sure there’s something like that for 6,3mm audio cables.

Hey, does it really need to be a switch? Can’t you just use a stereo micromix or something with channel on/off switches to merge both outputs into one and take headphone signal from there? An AYB like you’re describing is probably not necessary, an A/B will only let you hear one side at a time and a cue should have both at once, correct?

I’d just look at some of the cheap stereo micro mixers on amazon or whatever. Since your application is only for headphones, it’s not like that audio will reach the speakers.

I would make sure it has the little on off switch per channel though, because that will let you use A, B, or A+B which is the main function of an AYB.

Probably more, but this came up on amazon:

Or this if it has to be 6,3mm. It’s a abcd switch but than you can buy 2 extra synths.

True ! I guess i was looking at A/B switches mainly because I’m trying to find something as small as possible, but indeed a stereo mixer would probably work, although I liked the idea of having it through one push, in my head a stereo mixer would be rotary or fader. But as you said an on off switch per channel works  I’m going to look into it, thanks for the thoughts!

Thanks for the searching, didn’t even think of Amazon I guess … The second one on this picture would work if it was 6,3", but I guess your third one with the 4 inputs the charm! Going to look into it, thanks
