Standalone Maschine+

You’re using the latest M+ OS? It should allow setting any sampling rate, including 48k & 96k

Yes., latest OS. I am thinking M+ will limit to options available for Audio rate options in the device connected by USB. I have all of the options available when I set the audio device to Zoom Livtrak 6 for example. But when I select M8, only the 44.1 option is available.

Wonder if this would work with the m8 Mk1?

Don’t have my 1 anymore to try, but I can’t see why not!

Finally got a functioning M+ again (long story) and couldn’t be arsed with the hassle of manually re-tagging thousands of samples. So I picked up that Maschine Auto Tagger - it’s brilliant! One thing though - I can’t see the cover art in the Maschine software. Is this working for anyone else?

Regardless, damn I missed the M+! Such a brilliant piece of kit. Still haven’t used anything so fast and satisfying to compose on, let alone anything that sounds as good.

Anyone looking for the fx, Dirt, Bite, Freak, Choral, Flair, etc… if you have a Korg product, (NTS-3 in my case) look for the bundle code included in the box. Then redeem it for a copy of Komplete Select 15 for free, which includes those FXs.

There are 2 select bundles, which have the FX available. The Select Electronic bundle which has the mod pack (Flair, Choral, Phasis). The Select Beats bundle has the crush pack (Dirt, Bite, Freak).

I already have the FX, but I selected the electronics bundle for some expansions I didn’t have.

Sick! Do you know if usb audio now works in both directions with iPhone / iPad?! I might just get another M+ if this is the case. Didn’t work when i had one a while back

Nope, unfortunately doesn’t work. If iPad could act like a class-compliant Audio interface via USB, it probably would. What works between M+ & iPad for me: USB-B (M+) connected by USB-C cable (iPad). That allows MIDI in both directions: iPad recognizes M+, and for M+, I select the MAS+ MIDI port. For Audio, I have to use a USB-C to 1/4 inch to get Audio from iPad to M+ via Line In. Getting Audio from M+ to iPad however, doesn’t work over USB nor the USB-C to 1/4 inch; probably need an audio interface in between (i.e. Line out of M+ to a class compliant Audio interface’s In
