Today I released my first EP, and wanted to share it with everybody here!
The songs are inspired by loneliness and adventure, and my goal is to take people on a little emotional synth journey.

Sure, I’ll do my best:
The songs on the EP were all written over the course of around 6 months, they weren’t initially intended to fit into an EP, but I thought they all went nicely together! When I decided they all worked well together, they were all unfinished and needing some work, so I spent a month or two polishing them up. A lot of experimenting, taking breaks and perseverance.
Most of the synth sounds were created either on my Minilogue XD, Vital, or Ableton’s Analog synth.
French 79 has been a big influence for me, which may come across in my music, but I’m also really inspired by the wacky electronic sounds heard in many Radiohead songs. I think this EP is the first time I tried incorporating some of that sound in my music, but I’d love to dive deeper into that in the future.
Songs were all mixed by me, and mastered by a friend
