Hey all, I’m new to DT II and enjoying learning FM. I’m looking to accelerate my education by deconstructing existing work.
I’m specifically looking for sounds good for use in glitchy, electro, ebm tracks.

Hi, did you already take a look at the stuff on the elektron.se site? There are some free soundpacks there. Superglue is a lot of glitchy static and buzzy sounds, that might be of interest to you.
I just was at the site, which is why I came here. Most of the sounds lean into ambient, which I do adore, but is far easier to program for me. I’m hoping to find more sophisticated sounds. That said, I’m planning to buy the lot later today. I found Dave Mech has a set too. He and I are more well align aesthetically speaking even through, strictly speaking, I don’t make techno much these days. The sounds are largely interchagable though.

You mentioned learning FM and asked in the Digitone/Digikeys area, but used the DT II shorthand (which to most users on here is Digitakt II), DN II is the common shorthand for Digitone II
Digitone II. I just bought a bunch from Elektron’s shop and from a few indy sound designers including Dave Mech.
