hi there, as of right now my AR doesn’t output to the headphone or stereo output. the other audio outputs work. any idea?? it worked a few hours ago.

Not this exact issue, but on my Rytm, the left main output will start to crackle, then go out. Then, it will come back after a power cycle or sometimes from playing more tracks it will crackle back. This only affects the left main out on mine. All other outputs work. I put in a support ticket, but no response yet. I’ll keep you posted as my case progresses.

Are you using the right power supply?
Only the PS3 works for elektron Analog boxes.
I’ve mixed up my Octatrack power with the RYTM before, and you get no sound.
I only have the Rytm (so far) and I’m using the power supply that came with it. Power supply makes sense, though. The weird thing on mine is that it will work sometimes, then go out while I"m working with it. It will slowly go out, and start to distort or crackle as it goes out.

As for my case, I just went through some things with support. I sent them a SySex dump and they tested it on their end with no issue. I’ll have to send it in for repair.
Has anyone sent something in for repair in LA? What kind of turnaround should I expect?
Also, I must say I’m very pleased with Elektron support. Very timely and well mannered.
I said I would keep this updated as my case progresses. I sent my machine in for repair due to this issue. I was sent back a replacement device. Must have been a bigger issue than I thought.

I sent my OT there a while ago. It turned out that it was a simple repair, so they turned it around in a day or so. The repair itself took much less time than the shipping.
