Song selection by MIDI prog change. Possible?

Can prog change call up a song on the A4? Surely this would be logical, because the song contains all the chains, kits etc needed for that project?

I’m pretty sure that the “song” actually only contains the song playlist information. none of the rest of the information is restored with a song.

I also don’t think that songs can be loaded from midi changes.

Would be pretty cool if Songs could be treated as such, even calling them “Projects” mentally or by menu or have the option to save a particular saved Song Set-Up that included all that data found in a Kit. Would be a nice performance option as well as easy way to set-up these Song Lists in groups of say 12 in whatever order you wished for using a footswitch to simply advance to next “Song” and would be much easier than grave-robbing and having a mad scientist try to graft a third and fourth arm onto body!

At the moment I’d be happy if someone could tell me how to call a pattern in the A4 from the OT! I keep hearing that it can be done but no-one lets me in on the secret
