sorry if this topic was already discussed somewhere on the forum, but I couldn’t find the specific case I’m dealing with…
As the title says, my MKII Octatrack froze while upgrading to the new OS. After an hour I decided to turn it off and back on. Now I’m greeted with this screen:
I can go into Test-Mode, Function Test shows OKs on everything.
It won’t let me do an Empty Reset though…
What can I do? Is my Octatrack trash now??
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP? 
Best you get straight onto support, it might be a dodgy unit.
I wish I had better news for you, but it might be a gonner.
Maybe leave it unplugged overnight and hope the electricity fairys help you out?

both. i‘m performing a midi-upgrade right now, which still seems to be possible… it‘s halfway through. i keep you posted - thanks for your replies 
well, midi upgrade did the trick. i‘m relieved… for a few moments my chest was hurting, lol, shit. but all good now…!
