A4/nord drum2 >> ot for eq, delay, plate verb and compression.
First time using the midi sequencer on the ot and first time using the nd2 out live. This is a match made in heaven. Euclidean patterns are dead simple and the midi Lfos pair great with the cc options on the nd2.
This recording is only 25 minutes, I took out the start and the ending.

very cool. nice moments everywhere and they serve as a good buildup to your closing section, which i’d love hearing at 1am on the main floor.

The ND2 is kick and offbeat sub kick (bass) and hats and percs.
The a4 is all of the leads and some of the percs and all of the swoopy spatial effects.
There’s one sample that’s kind of a lofi white noise perc hat thing i made on the kaoss pad that’s in the opening track but that’s the only sample contribution from the OT. After so many years I still have not warmed up to using samples in tracks partly because I’m indecisive and partly because I don’t like the sound quality, plus I remain worried I’ll misfire something on the OT.
