SID Redux Sound Pack for OT?

Hey Elektrons,

will the SID Soundpack for the AR also be available for the OT?
Or does it work on the OT somehow?

I suposse that if they are samples, they must be somehow usable in the OT, they might be just improved for the AR.

If you don´t have it yet or didn´t noticed, another option is to use the incredible AK Waveform collection I´ve got for FREE on my website:

It contains severall waveforms from computer games, retro synths, FM synths and most importantly Commodore 64 (SID) Waveforms, IMHO the results are much interesting and usable than normal Loops, and offers a Huge way of working with the OT as a Synth.

Thanks, I have not yet tried out the Sample Chains, but I will very soon.
In my childhood I had the C64, and anytime I hear the SID, I feel some warmth somewhere in the belly, really nice.

By the way, any news about the Cerebel USB? We exchanged some messages lately on Facebook about this, funny, you meet the same people always on different places…

hehehe… yeah the same person, Inspektor Gadjet was an attempt to organize my DIY stuff, but ended up as a whole paralell project

I agree with the SID, it has its own character and very usable “warmth”. Definitely check the waveforms out

Regarding CerebelUSB, I wish I had more refined info, at this momment all I can say is that a first prototype its being manufactured for accurate quoting . Soon a final price will be available and more info, I will deffinitely annouce it here in the forum
