Listen to birthday candles (sweet summer) by chalk trade on #SoundCloud
It’s half electronic, so I guess I’ll put it here. Hoping to include my Model:Cycles in the next one.

Here‘s my little downtempo homage to smalltown boy
new track I have made entirely with the Akai Force (wav exported straight to youtube), only samples used are the dry drum
Saturday morning power electronics. Hydrasynth, Rytm, pedals, and plugin effects.
Made this with DT2 DT2 combo with some minor effects added from Ableton. I’m curious what genre thid would be called? Is it ok to call it Ambient or Drone even though it has a beat/sort of a melody at the end. I find people are very particular about genres in this space.
new album out today from my group Male Oblivion, my parts are all OT and MNM
I have a track on a new EP that I’m very excited about: https://www.beatport.com/release/waves-vol-2/7216812
I’m excited because it’s a great local Glasgow label run by good people, the EP as a whole is a banger, and it’s much more representative of what I’m into now than my previous releases.
Fun fact: despite all my fancy synths, I made this almost exclusively in Koala on my iPhone. Although to be clear I arranged and mixed it in Ableton - I’m not a lunatic.
Please have a listen if you’re into slightly wonky, loopy sample-based house music.
Just had a listen - great ep ! Which track is yours ?
Thank you! Silly me - my track is Refried Beans by GHRS.
Also, worth mentioning that it’s Beatport exclusive for now - full release on streaming etc. is on 14th August.
Ha that’s the one I liked the most ! Nice work sir!
“Where the Roots Touch Air and the Soil Remembers Breath” by Sylvia Hinz. Acousmatic music, but here presented with visuals ![]()
Our latest audiovisual document is a recapitulation of our 76th song. The different musical layers are presented in quadrants, including one containing the first vocal run-through.
Something I made a while ago
Track made yesterday with DT1 and tonverk
My vaporwave / vapor-adjacent project is back with what I’m calling a “side album” that sits somewhere between my last two albums.
I just released my first album today. Very excited for it to be out in the world. Hope you enoy!
My first exploration of Supercritical Redshift 6. This one sort of just happened as I was exploring the built-in step sequencer.
First track off my new album
Translating the academic lifework and citation record of chemist Omar M. Yaghi (2025 Nobel Prize in Chemistry) into ambient electronic music.
This track maps Yaghi’s chronological publication history directly to MIDI note pitches and velocities in C# Natural Minor (Aeolian), reflecting the crystalline symmetry of porous Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs).
Did this one into a TP-7 multitrack, into daw, master track out onto cassette
I couldn’t find a DN2 music page so I’ll drop this here for some feedback. All the synths and bass and stuff come from the DN2. The other samples are from the sample pack I created. It’s fun making your own loops. Anyway…still learning these Elektron boxes and a workflow. Overbridge!
