I’ve created a full album featuring my DAWless jams. All the tracks are live recordings of my sessions—no mastering, no edits.

Made a new EP using just the Tonverk. Most of the synth sounds coming from multi sampled DN2. Despite some annoying/missing things I absolutely love my TV.

First track with my new M8, which I am absolutely loving. Pretty happy I could get a ā€œmasteredā€ sounding result all entirely in little box itself. The addition of OTT and so many EQs, plus all kinds of distortion, make it really easy to shape your sounds and push things. All photos are from me as well.

Cheers.

A collection of tracks that recently emerged, with a lo-fi ambient flavour.

Today marks the fifth anniversary of our album, Eight/Chance/Meetings. Each track was inspired by two albums chosen by a random number generator, giving each tune a unique point of departure. As usual, all the music was improvised and all lyrics were derived from cut-ups.

Released an album of quick jams, mostly done on the Tonverk. (Also available on Subvert.)

I don’t have a SoundCloud or anything, just something I threw together a few mornings ago, first time attempting to use the mpc arranger and just bounce an mp3 directly out of the live 3. The real version will be mixed from the stems in a daw if there’s a reason to and someone wants it.

This is a collection of not-so-killed darlings, short outtakes and tracks not used for other releases.
Mini tracks with a mini bird (a goldcrest, the smallest bird living in the Netherlands) on the cover.

You’ll hear some modular, a piano, various (soft) synths, guitar, drum computers and a buried saxophone.
Enjoy

I’ve come to the realisation that the Polyend Tracker is about the only machine which making something resembling a full tune isn’t an entirely painful process!
