Synth and Drums are A4 and Syntakt with some vocal samples, looping, cross fading and mixing on the Octatrack. Have started playing this setup out in London.
first track from a new project with a guitarist friend of mine. most of the production was done on Ableton with a Push 3. my Digitone does pop in (as always) for weird sound fx layering.
Reminds me a lot the project Saycet, but less melancholic
Yes!! Another funky one.
I need a turkey leg and some jousting now!
Since I had a huge success with the last one : 11 plays and 2 likes. Thank you guys for listening. I made a remix. And with that one the upload space in soundcloud is full. Should I delete older stuff or create other account?
The band : digitone, stvc, jo08
Always live recording.
Hey guys! I made this experimental techno track using the song mode on the Elektron Syntakt. Completely DAWless, check it out
“The giant machines are marching across the desert in a dystopian world. Is it a dream? Or is it our future reality? The only thing I know is that you can hear them stomping from miles away.”
If you enjoy it, please give it a like and leave a comment as it really helps me promote my art. Otherwise let me know what can be improved in your opinion. Peace!
So I went back to an old tune from over 10 years ago that I put out as a different alias of mine and mixed it again (I don’t suck as much at mixing anymore )
It is a pretty weird tune, probably my weirdest tune (the entire alias veers on the side of weird anyway). Housey, yes, but also raw and, the intention was to make it sound like it was made with hardware, at the time I did not have any piece of hardware yet, but the glorification of the analog sound of hardware was strong back then… (if interested, it was made with Reason) Anyways, sjekk it out!
PS: just for reference here is the original mix
@eocyte Nice, but the original was better IMHO
@MrZardoz Haha that was dope!
@Rhythmicrypt if you just post the soundcloud link in its own line it will embed automatically
Hello all! I’d like to share with you a track I made about a month ago, while dealing with a heartbreak of an ended relationship. It was made on Digitakt II and Digitone I, and then I recorded it through overbridge and mixed/mastered, added a bit of FX.
Let me know what you think, I am just starting out and really need feedback and encouragement
Sorry for your pain!
Keep it up! (putting experience to song, not the heartbreak part ) interesting piece! Sending feedback and encouragement your way!
