Last one was too ‘dance party’ for my tastes so I reworked it. Now it’s even worse!
Silly hardcore/jungle remix of Call Me maybe I did:
Also my attempt at a hardtek tune:
LOL! Very silly, love it.
If you described these songs to me, I wouldn’t like em. Turns out I love em
Very fun stuff
Quick little jam on the DT last night Listen to Puca Dance by eoghan - pressplay dj’s on #SoundCloud
thank you! got to confess i’m not good at stereo but there was supposed to be some stereo effect due to the eventide space. but smart me forgot to pan the two eventide space tracks! any tips to improve my stereo game?
If it sounds good in mono, you’re already doing something good.
Actually for me it can be a struggle sometimes.
But when thinking about where to place the sounds in the stereo field, I try to envision a stage or a room. Where does the sound come from. And what is the effect of the space on the sound.
Apart from that usually I keep the lows (kick and bass) as much in center as possible. Some subtle stereo delay on the lead synth can be nice.
Don’t go too wild!
Yeah, extremely powerful combo! They where my gateway drug into eurocrack…
And yes, standalone unit would be amazing.
Embarrassing confession, but I’ve had an Ornament and Crime module for months and found some of the functions so odd to learn that I just forgot all about it. Last night I found a great tutorial on the ‘ASR’ function. Allows for simultaneous control of 4 VCO’s including pitch, scales, offsets…all kinds of crap I spent the entire night trying to wrap my head around. Still haven’t totally figured it out, but it was a blast messing with it.
Made a pretty personal piece. Played live on guitar and vocals. Held together by the almighty digitone.
Cheers man!
Thanks man! Much appreciated;)
