I spent quite some time working on this patch, going back and forth, tweaking it shaping it, until it finally all clicked and came together. This is one of many, many takes recorded over the course of a month. I hope you enjoy it.

Take 2 on a track I made Friday/Saturday. Rough iPhone speaker recording of a toy piano samples into the Digitakt to make glitches/drones/semi-melodic line. A few drum samples to make the beat and a couple of Digitone tracks to make the bassline and the keys/pad part midway thru
Recorded and automated with Overbridge- not only is the process less stressful than going at it commando style, it’s also easier to make purposeful little tweaks to the parts. I love it. I love Overbridge. Elektron have done a marvelous job with it. My fanboyism has increased exponentially

This one is probably not this forum’s cup of tea, but I’ll share it anyway: going into post-rock territory with the Korg Volcas, Microkorg, the Organelle as a sample player and, of course, the Digitone as the maestro of this digital orchestra!

Tried a portable live-setup, looking to add a DN too, planning to put it in a keyboard hardcase incl all cableworks and then this should be good to go.

Another OT track where I’ve sampled an EMF scanner for the notes in the chord and the bassline. A4 and MD also featured. This time it turned out to be a more upbeat track (once it gets going).

XR18 solved all my routing issues and also midi sync problems.
octatrack and digitakt are running their own sequencers and synced from tidalcycles
tidal is handling the sequencing of monomachine and e-mu xl-1
