It looks like limitation is not capacity of CF card;
My live PA is mostly organized arround Banks and Patterns; One Bank + dedicated pattern = one track…
Some of tracks contain longer samples, and my problem is I can not load new samples anymore even though my CF has enough space.
Any similar situations?
I was thinking about OctaEdit. maybe it is a easyer way to handle such big sets such as mine live. Any suggestions are wellcome. right now, my set is a big mess; some samples are missing, but visible on a CF. it looks like long samples used all internal capacity. I have most of my long samples in static machines.

A while ago I discovered the OT only recognizes the first 99 or 100 samples in a folder. If there are more than that the OT can’t ‘see’ them.
The solution… More folders.
If its not a Flex issue as you say you are using Static, then I’d go with what MusicMagus said, that you have too many physical audio files in the/a folder therefore they are not getting recognised by the Octatrack.
Just be careful about rearranging samples/folders that are currently being used in your project(s)…the OT will not be able to locate the samples and you will get error messages in the sample slot list. I discovered this the hard way last weekend after spending a bunch of time tidying up the samples on my OT and getting everything in folders.
