The only problem is that the iCM4+ doesn’t transmit audio from the iPad except via a computer, so for that purpose it cannot be standalone.

use the headphone jack for the audio.

Not sure that’s possible- the iCM takes over the iPad’s audio.

Not sure that’s possible- the iCM takes over the iPad’s audio.[/quote]
I heard there is a setting to disable the audio over usb so that the audio comes out of the headphone jack again.

To disable audio Pass Through go to Audio Info Tab in iConfig. You can set audio buffer there, and at the bottom you have the USB Device Jacks section , just disable iOS jacks and apply / reset. Now your audio will came out out of regular ipad speaker/headphones.
