But only get them bpm synced and start/stop synced
I would love to use m:s sequencer, so sequence sp404a.

I don’t have an m:s personally so I can’t directly help, but you should be able to make one of the tracks a midi track to control the SP. Also, make sure your midi channels are set correctly on both machines. On the 404 the default is Chanel 1 for Banks A-E, and Channel 2 for Banks F- J
I have a similar setup… also you have to set the NOTES on the samples to match the pad notes on the 404… the pad notes are in the manual of the 404.
