Sequencer mute section

hello guys

i got my rytm one day and i am in trouble

the problem is that i can make my beats on the pads but when i put it on the sequencer you don’t hear anything coming out for the twelve pads and you see that the trigs are full red lighted

also the mute page of the 12 pads is fully green and i can do nuthing to unlit them

when i hit the pads i hear the beat but when i put trigs on the sequencer there comes nothing out

did you press play?
this can happen if the sound is triggered externaly, with a long or infinite sustain…while the note is held, it takes priority over the trigs placed…

i changed the paratemers to their default and still no sound on the sequencer

Check in the trig menu to make sure synth and sample are switched on.
White trig button on the right side underneath the knobs.

In the Mute function, make sure all pads are green (not muted).
