When I’m using the ARmk2 as a master and the pattern change setting is some other than ‘Sequential’ should I expect the same Pattern sequence behavior from a slave machine (say OTmk2) that does not have Direct Start/Jump sequencer options?
No; because, as you pointed out, the OT MkII does not have that capability.
