Sequencer/clock seizures

Hi octafolks. Thanks for being so nice and helpful! I am using-

OCTATRACK as master clock feeding-
Analog four
Bass Station II
TR8
Ipad
Strymon timeline
Boss slicer

The OCTATRACK gets midi input from-
BSII
Fishman triple play guitar midi controller
FCB1010 midi pedal controller
KMI softstep

All midi is routed through a MOTU midi timepiece av, within which
I have filtered out clock messages from hitting the OCTATRACK’s input
As well as other filters, so that each device sees only the midi data
necessary…or so I thought.

After working well for a month or so, I started getting weird clock spasms
Intermittently. As in everything is fine and then suddenly the clocks on my
slave devices go nuts, as if there is a midi feedback loop all of a sudden.
Does anybody have any ideas as to why this problem would only show up
sometimes (as in every half hour or so)?

Intermittent problems are so annoying to troubleshoot; I was hoping maybe someone here
hears a problem in my description I may have missed.

The only risky segment is the BSII for what i reckon…I mean: could be the BSII’s keyboard sending some prg changes or transport commands (who knows) somehow…if I remember right the BSII has some utility commands/menu reachable using SHIFT+KEY on the 2 octaves…maybe there’s the bug?
