Send MIDI and change presets

Hi guys,
Is it possible to import midi files type 0 and run them as one shot on Octatrack?
I would like to change presets to my Strymon pedals (big sky, timeline) connected as midi in series.

At the moment I’m doing it with Ableton Live, but I would like to do it without DAW.

It is possible, you can send program changes at the beginning of a pattern.

No. It is possible to record midi events, track by track for midi tracks.

Possible to record several tracks with audio tracks (notes only). But audio tracks don’t send midi with their sequence.
