Screen protector film?

Hi,

I was wondering if my analog rytm is protected by a little plastic film because there is something like a little bubble on it (plus tinny scratch).

If there is not, is there possibility to change the screen glass (not immediatly but if the thing suffer whit time…).

Tnx

Why don’t you try peeling it off and see?

Spoiler Alert: there is a protective plastic screen cover for shipping. The screen is MUCH clearer without that cover.

Lol i m not very sure about that one… I can’t remembrer putting a film off…

My A4 looks like it has film on it too, but when I tried to peel it off I only managed to dent the corner of the screen.

All new Elektron units should leave with the screen protection film on. Some looks better than others with the film left. And it´s up to each one to choose to keep it or peel it off directly.

Yeah that’s what i m talking about…

Hmm, my A4 didn’t come with a screen protection film, but my Analog Rytm did.

If anyone could post a close-view picture of his screen (off) without the protective screen i’ll be really graceful. (Believe me i’m not stupid or blind, but i can’t really tell if there is a film or not…, it’s kind of tricky)

It is tricky. The film is incredibly close fitting. For a while, when I removed it from my Rytm, I thought I was damaging the screen. It’s a slightly worrying process.

hahaha shit, son! is it really clearer? I don’t wanna peel it off, it so right in there, I’m a puss.

Fuk that I’ll remove that shit tonight…Might to a tutorial on how to remove it without losing your manhood.

lol take a video

Hah, sounds familiar! I was slightly worried that I’d damage the screen but I then decided to unpeel it anyway. Slightly clearer display but nothing too dramatic…

Strange… it should have.

But as others have stated, sometimes it´s a bit tricky to see that it really is there (or not for that matter). So I can understand that it went un-noticed in its final check.

Try needle or tweezers
to remove properly
