Scratched menu screen

From consistent packing and going in a backpack , my OT got a boo boo. Small knick/scratch on the menu screen plastic. Don’t mind it , but can see the possibility of more injury and hazard that time can do to it when bringing it places. Any easy fix or process? Cost ? Has anyone had to replace or repair ?

I need a whole new screen for an octatrack. Anyone got a line on the part I’m looking for? Any info would help. It’s a “all hands on deck type of action.”
