Saving audio loops to build library - Cubase 9.5

Hi guys,

So let’s say i recorded a bunch of loops from my hardware into cubase and built a track with those loops.

Most of the loops have been shortened from their original recorded length.

I do this with several projects and now i would like to collect all the loops (with their new lengths) used in these projects to build a mediabay from which i could preview the loops to drop into new projects.

Since there is no “Save Loop” option in Cubase what is the best work around this to build a nice library of my recorded loops?

Thanks in advance.

Should be possible, but not with a one-button-to-hit command … it’s explained in the manual at:

  • Export Audio Mixdown/Mixing Down to Audio Files, we can set left and right locators to select the part to be exported
  • Export Audio Mixdown/Available Channels for Export, which is basically a list to check, which channel shall be exported.
