Save different transpositions to patterns

I like flicking between transpositions, creating chord structures out of patterns.

Say I wanted A02 to be +4 transposed, how do I save it like that, whilst still keeping A01 at 0… and then going on to freely save A03 at +7, etc, etc?

All I seem to be able to do is affect the transposition across all patterns at once.

you can ‘commit’ temporary transpositions to being permanent, not near my A4, but think it’s Transpose + Yes
