Hallo everybody, Being transfer the software dedicated to moove samples in and out of the gear, my question has concerns about the .syx extension. Does this emply that we can get in the digitone keys exclusivally samples from Elektron libraries or can i convert somehow other sound files from the Elektron ones to then import them? thx?
Digitone is a synthesizer, it does not use nor recognise samples. Digitone will not convert nor recognise files from other Elektron machines apart from those created on Digitone.

No.
You can use what ever samples you want from where ever you want. Transfer is just a tool or app to get them from your computer, and into your elektron machine.
Unless you have an octatrack, in which case its just drag and drop, no app needed. Because octatrack is better.
Thank you very, much i’ll guess i’ll do so and go for midi …if…i manage confuguring with ovebridge engine that refuses to lounch. ANy suggestions?

So many wrong aspects in this discussion.
The title is unclear, the category not helping, and it seems like someone has to use the search function of the forum to get a clearer idea of what to expect with their gear.
Reading the manual should also help.
I am not against asking for help, this forum is the right place to get some, but please read the guidelines before starting a discussion that has no well-defined subject.
