I jam around and assign samples to tracks 1-8 … after rebooting the OT, some samples seem to be not assigned to the tracks anymore … other occasionally stay …
why?
it used to always remember which sample went to which track

Are you really working within a project, saved on the cf card ?
i thought this happened me recently, after updating to the latest release of the OS.
but not 100% sure that i hadn’t saved my parts and then saved the project to the CF card the night before, though… 
been saving things in a more methodical way since then and no more nasty surprises… so far!
