does anyone know if this can also do non layered samples?

I just noticed that all the emphasis was on layering, just wondering.

pretty sure it can not, the voices all seem to have the same structure:


[SYNTH] + [SAMPLE] >> [FILTER] >> [AMP] >> [MASTER]
                                    |
                                  FX SND

but it’ll probably be easy to just turn down the synth and open the filter…

I was wondering this same thing. I want the ability to JUST trigger a sample and turn down the analog engine on a voice if I want to. So Lets say I could give a rats ass about the cowbell but would like to use that slot for a sample of my choosing and use the sample layer and turn down the synth layer. Is it possible?

haha yeah cowbells. That will be a sample slot on my machine if I can have it that way.
