Sample Browsers & Managers for PC

What software are people using to manage & browse their sample libraries? I’m specifically looking stuff that runs on Windows.

I’d want ways to preview samples as I look through them, probably with a loop feature too for breaks. Tools for bulk renaming and file management would be a bonus but not essential.

Is there some killer tool that everyone uses but has passed me by?

Sononym sample manager is great for everything you mentioned.
XO or Atlas are good for organising one shots by similarity and building drum kits.

I really love using Reaper’s browser for this.

TIL Reaper has a sample browser. I have a Reaper license so I’ll have to check this out
