Rytm won't sync to A4 or Ableton

After a long wait my Rytm finally arrived today and was having a ball until i tried to sync it to my Analog 4 and it just won’t. I know it seams like a really silly problem but i have been missing around for well over an hour and can’t for the life of me figure a way around it.

I set the A4 to send clock and transport and the Rytm to receive them, but the Rytm is not registering anything. I tried having the A4 receive from the Rytm and still nothing.

I sent the clock and transport from ableton to the A4 and it worked fine, but when i sent it to the Rytm…nothing.

I’m on the latest os on the Rytm, i’ve tried changing the midi leads even.

I had no problem syncing my MD to the A4 when i had one. Is there something I’m missing here?

In the global menu there is a setting that selects midi via midi port, USB or both. My guess is that yours is set to USB only!

Perhaps the midi port config? You need to set it to midi or usb+midi if your using the midi leads for the input.

Compare the settings you have on your Analog Four working as it should.
