Rytm mk2 Where are the factory presets?

Hey guys. Sorry for my English.
I bought the rytm mk2. Updated it via laptop to newest version. Now all the presets are gone. Before the update i could push A1, A2 and so on. And now i dont hear the factory presets anymore. I can hear the synth by pushing the Buttons. But where are the factory presets?

I am trying since yesterday. I hope someone can help. Thank you

do you mean the factory project? or the samples? is the project loaded?

i had to do factory reset. all projects are there. everything ok now. i think its a bug
