Adding a quick reply here hopefully to help someone in the future facing the same issue. The triage of troubleshooting I did below, hopefully one of these will help you solve your problem.
For me, I found my solution in step 3, I hadn’t enabled the Overbridge system extension securty setting, which meant Overbridge wouldn’t boot properly. Once I did this and restarted my mac, then it was all systems go. Thanks to to advice above, this got me going!
