Hi ! I’m having the same problem, except unplugging the AR does not solve anything.

Can anybody help ?

Adding a quick reply here hopefully to help someone in the future facing the same issue. The triage of troubleshooting I did below, hopefully one of these will help you solve your problem.

  1. On Hardware > Settings > System > USB Config > Select Overbridge
  2. On Software > Update all Elektron software > Restart Computer
  3. On OS Sonoma 14.1.2 > System Settings > Privacy & Security > Extensions access > Overbridge on > Restart computer > Restart Overbridge

For me, I found my solution in step 3, I hadn’t enabled the Overbridge system extension securty setting, which meant Overbridge wouldn’t boot properly. Once I did this and restarted my mac, then it was all systems go. Thanks to to advice above, this got me going!
