RYTM mk2 as a USB device vanishes in OS update mode?

I’m trying to update my RYTM Mk2 , each time I start the device as normal it’s discovered in windows 10 as a midi device. When I switch off the unit , hold function and power back on to go into OS update mode the device doesn’t get found again. It just isn’t available to select so I can’t update.

Any ideas or have I missed something?

No need to upgrade via the startup method - just select os upgrade via the system menu

Cog / System / OS Upgrade

then send via C6
