Is there a button to press before you change a parameter that will delay the parameter change until the button is released? I.e. I gold the button then change the bass drum decay but the change doesn’t kick in until the button is released?
You could do that by assigning decay to a Scene or Performance.

Maybe not what you were looking for, but in mute mode, you can hold [Function] and press pads to prepare them for muting/unmuting. When you release the function button, mutes will kick in/unmute.
I was hoping to be able to did more spontaneous than scene or performance.
