I’ve had my RYTM less than a day and I can tell right out of the box a few encoders are not as smooth as my newly purchased Octatrack. 5 of the 10 have some sort of resistance when they are turned. Just curious if anyone else had the same issue and if there is possibly a break in time on them much like the pads.
It’s quite a shame that nobody responded to this … can you tell us if things became better over time?

some kind of fabric stuff will at least smooth the Rytms knobs for lifetime.

Actually one got worse, I had the level encoder get a wobble and I sent it back for a new one and it’s perfect.
