Yes absolutely and also the ability to start the roll with just pressure like MPC / Maschine (and probably Push but I have no experience with it) without having to hit it first.

It’s been 5 years and still waiting for that feature, mpc like retrigs, why is this not implemented yet? AR II has aftertouch & quantize, it seems so easy to fix.

Just saw this feature - https://youtu.be/rjW6_BuXN_4?t=777 - from the new TE KO II, which applies the roll with velocity sensitivity to each step… in the Rytm (MKII for me) case it would be absolutely amazing to have this capability automatically set the values of each trig without having to waste the single LFO slot or manually set the values via trig lock!
It could be that the MPC-like Note Repeat function was simply never considered as a feature for the Rytm.
Seems like a relatively easy addition to me!
It often does seem easy from the perspective of the consumer!
