Reset Knob positions on p-lock?

Hey,

I have a single trig running over a 4 bar pattern with looping engaged and a long decay. I’m then manipulating this in real time and p-locking so that it returns to base when it restarts - but the knob positions seem to stay wherever I had last tweaked them to. Is there a way to force these reset so that it picks up from the p-locked position?

Any help appreciated! Thanks

Can you remove the first p-lock to get what you want each time the pattern restarts? If not, I’m confused about what you want to do. Anyway:

Hey - thanks for the tip!

Sorry for my poor explanation…

Essentially when the pattern loops - say my p-lock for reverb is 10, but before it relooped i’d adjusted it to 127. After it reverts to 10, soon as I change the reverb - it picks up again from 127, where as i’d expect it to restart from 10?

Aha! Gotcha. In that case, I don’t think it’s possible, sorry. Welcome to the forum tho

You can send a feature request to feature-request@elektron.se to see if it can be implemented

Thank you! Ahha yeah, that’s fair enough I think I can acheive what I want just by chaining into another pattern but good to know I’m not missing something!

Thanks again for your help, much appreciated!
