Renoise w/ Overbridge

Just wanted to share my template I made for OB in Renoise. I hope this comes in handy for some people.

There may be other ways to get around the way Renoise does its routing. If anyone comes up with anything better I would be interested in trying it out.

when i click on the link to the renoise file.

Ahh, this template was created 5 years ago during the very beginnings of Overbridge, also before the overhaul of the Renoise forum.

I will take another look at tackling this either tonight or over the weekend for the latest OB/Renoise version and get back to you on here. Would be a nice holiday present for our fellow trackers =)

…ahh, .u nerds…
21st century and still time travelling back to where all digital audio hardcore took it’s start…
…i love corrupting codes, but ob hand in hand with renoise?!..
that’s way too much retro full on and back to the future at once and same time for me…
i used to be sooo much better in the future…

and holy fuk…procastinating here full on instead of getting my ass back to work…deadlines deadlines deadlines tracking me all over the place…

is it really saying a person using elektron?

Fun))))

…talking to me?
what part are u refering to?

the nerds?..i would’nt say so, if would’nt call myself a nerd also…i even got banned from this forum for a while when i used this term…my goodness…where’s the ironic button in here…?

oh, and i’m still procastinating…out and off now…

Uploaded a new template @ https://www.crystalvortex.ca/tools/

Good for starting out, just use the vst alias’ for each track (1-4)… audio routing is set up…

With most elektrons acting like a tracker themselves with parameter per step programming, renoise and OB elektron machines should go hand in hand . Renoise in a sense is retro but it has the most right midi sync out of any daw and has the most features relative to the future.

Oops forgot to mention I don’t have an A4 but I’ll edit this for DN and rytm and upload it here

awesome, ill post those up on my site / just add your own credits in the template file if you want

with Octatrack in the mix too… I know… crazy…
