Removing keybed from Digitone keys

I picked up my digitone keys and heard something inside. I believe a guitar pick has fallen inside of the keybed area. What’s the easiest way to get underneath the keys/key to get it out. I’m thinking removing a key or two on one side and tilt it so the pick slides over to that side.

Thanks for your help!

I sent a request to Elektron, but haven’t heard back yet. So if anybody here knows how to remove a few keys to get something that fell in-between, that would be a huge help.

Thank!

It’ll be much easier to open it up and find the guitar pick. No key removal needed (if that’s even possible)

I’d just leave it in there. It’s not like you’ll be moving the DN Keys often enough for it to rattle and annoy you right?

I opened it up, but it looks like the keybed is separated from the rest of the interior. There are metal lips that separate the keybed area from the digitone module area. Maybe I’m overlooking something though?

I was actually thinking about selling it, possibly. So I just wanted to take care if that before I did.

I just opened it back up and it looks like there’s a small opening at the top where I can see a little of the pick. I think I can use tweezers to get in there.

I ended up using some tweezers and tilting the Digitone up so the pick fell to the back. I could just barely get the tweezers in the crack, but I was able to get it.
