Hey y’all–
I’m having the hardest time figuring this out. It seems no matter what I do, my octatrack unreliably plays sampled material backwards and forwards seemingly at random. This happens only when I’m recording material into the Octatrack and playing it back (not when using samples off the card), it happens using both flex-based sampling and pickup machines, and whenever I’ve been able to “fix” it there is no indication of what I actually changed to stop the behavior (it often just seems to fix itself after a while).
Has anyone experienced this, or can anyone give me some insight? This is really throwing me for a loop.
