This is driving me absolutely insane. Syntakt is all hooked up through Overbridge. Audio sounds perfectly fine coming in to. I lined it up with a metronome click to make sure. But for some reason the recorded audio is about 1/16 note behind. Anyone know why this might be happening?
Have already changed the buffer size, and been through all the other troubleshooting suggestions i could find.
Also … it’s worth noting … this is working fine in Ableton.
If you’re using the HW Instrument device in Bitwig, which is recommended, it has a button for latency compensation. Bitwig has an in-depth series of videos on working with hardware.
There is also a record offset you can set in the audio setting IIRC
Same result with the HW instrument. Also messed with the record offset. Didn’t seem to make a difference. All very weird. Totally opposite experience in Abelton. Added the Syntakt VST, and worked correctly right away.
