Recording only wet FX over USB?

Hello, apologies if this has already been answered, but I’m struggling to find the solution…

I’ve set up my Digiton over USB to Ableton and am recording all tracks individually. Is there a way of capturing just the wet signal from the FX without the Main Mix?

Thanks in advance!

You can route fx (i assume you think of send/return track in ableton live) into audio track, and then from there record into digitakt like other audio tracks.
Or just solo the return track and record, no?

Thanks for your comment but I think you may have misunderstood me. I probably wasn’t clear enough.

I am using the audio over usb feature on the digitone to record a multi track mix of my song. I have individual channels in ableton for tracks 1 thu 4. The only way I am able to hear the digitones reverb/delay/chorus is the main mix.

I want to know if there is a way of sending just the wet fx of the digitone so I can mix them in ableton?

I hope that makes more sense.

I don‘t have a DN, but the DT has a „INT TO MAIN“ setting where you can disable the tracks output. Maybe look there.

Right, I’ve kind of fixed it… I understand the “removing from main” trick so I can separate the fx from DN internal sounds but I’m still hearing my external inputs from my modular in the main mix… is there a way of removing them as well?

In the mixer page?

Set ext input level to 0 on the mixer page. You still hear them through the OB but they are removed from the main outs.
