Hello!
I’m using the Digitakt with KeyStep Pro, and want to use both sequencers for MIDI triggers.
I set up the Keystep Pro to Send
Ch 10 - Drums
Ch 2 - Synth
Ch 3 - Bass
Ch 1 - connected to Digitakt Auto Ch 1 for controlling Internal Channels 1-8
I set up Digitakt
Ch 1-8 - Off
Ch A - MIDI 10 (in global settings and track settings)
Ch B - MIDI 2 (in global settings and track settings)
Ch C - MIDI 3 (in global settings and track settings)
The gear is connected through MIDI OUT of the Digitakt
It works for the case of monitoring, but when I want to Record in Live mode, eg. the Internal Ch 4 with the KeyStep’s keyboard on Channel 1, Digitakt Records all the Incoming MIDI data, so also on Ch A the MIDI Ch. 10 information, which is making it double.
How can I set it up, so that it listens to the specific MIDI channels, passes it through, but records only on Ch1? I would like to also maybe optionally control MIDI channels through the Digitakt’s Ch A-H, so would like to avoid just passing them through the MIDI THRU

I’d also like an option to record active track only, not all tracks.
