hi guys, I’m having troubles setting properly digitakt to control and record an external synth.

my take five transmit and receive midi on the same channel, if I set for example DT to receive on channel 1 and send back on channel 1 I have a feedback loop even if local control on T5 if set to off. I managed to change the midi channel when it goes back to T5 but wondering if there is any option on Digitakt to avoid midi loops.

I’m trying to set it up T5 to record my performance directly on digitakt with notes and CC nut after I midi assigned the CC on the digitakt with midi learn they are not recorded if I use the T5 potentiometer. I need to perform on the digitakt to have them recorded. Any idea why?
