Recommendations for not-four-to-floor tracks/artists eg Blawan

Hi everyone. I’m currently hunting for tracks with grooves that don’t feature a straight four to the floor kick.

I’d very grateful for recommendations of favourite tracks or artists that have a tendency to make music with this kind of groove.

Not so interested in breakbeats like bicep or orbital, looking for something darker like Blawan and black dog kind of vibe

Thank you!

Id listen through a lot of plaid and the fear ratio back catalogues.

Saw Fear Ratio at Printworks and their bass shook me to pieces.

Loved every second

I think this is in 7/4 and it’s absolutely gorgeous

There are other Autechre examples, particularly on the Cichlisuite EP, but surprisingly (or not given their hip hop background) they stick to 4/4 a lot.

Identified Patient hits nice, I like the darkness.

Forest Drive West could fit. More minimal, strip down maybe than other recommandation.
