Recommend a U.S. tech for vintage Roland gear?

These days, I do my own repairs. When there’s a repair I am not sure about, I go to Mike at Thesis Audio in Wichita (http://www.thesisaudio.com/m.mobilehome).

Thanks all!! Much appreciated!

I will keep these options in mind. Currently waiting for a response from Synthworks SF.

I’m willing to consider shipping to Philly, Seattle, or Wichita if that’s what it comes to …

Positive experience w/ Three Wave Music in Midland Park, NJ.

They fixed my Jupiter 6 and installed a Synthcom Europa mod chip.

Probably a little further from California than you might want (being in Atlanta), but I have been working with Thea, who runs Winterbloom, to restore an old and very crusty Mini Moog. She doesn’t advertise it heavily but does repair on vintage synths and is very trustworthy, I have been friends with her for a couple years.

Thanks for those!

Shipping East (and South, re Winterbloom) may become necessary … open to all ideas within continental U.S. … at this point, we also have a nice “recommended U.S. techs” thread going for others to use later …
