Real- time midi record and playback [resolved]

Hi all, I’m tryng to record and playback in real time midi notes to A4 from an external device (Max/MSP).

A4 records the MIDI notes in real time but doesn’t playback in real-time, I have to press stop button twice and then press play button to hear what I recorded. Any idea how to solve this problem?

What midi channel do you use ?
Track’s channel or autochannel ?

Do you send specific Control Changes ?

hello, I’m using track channels, and I send cc to performance macros.

Shame on me! I forgot to give the note off!

It happened to me with a midi processor.
If you’re interested to do it with Max, I succeeded to get 4x2 paraphonic voices with the A4, controlling Oscs independantly with 8 notes.
