IIRC in SRC3 active case, if the recorder records its buffer (for overdub), with microtiming you get feedback.
Without microtiming you can overdub A/B/C/D, but without monitoring the Flex track. DIR or another track for monitoring.
Confirmed.
Ex : with Track 1, Recorder set to AB and SRC3 = T1, Flex playing recording 1, you can overdub AB, without monitoring the track.
If you add microtiming : feedback.

I think @FTJ was referring to the delay compensation for DIR signals (Compensate for delay on Thru Machines/Pickup Machines if also DIR signal is listened to).
