Same as for the pickup machine. Read that machine description. Multiply multiples the loop. The only reason they are listed in the back is so that if you choose, you can automate them via MIDI CCs.

In fairness to BANDMASTA, the Multiply function is mentioned but not actually described anywhere in the OT manual.
